Annie Caputa, MSW, LCSW, CCTP
Founder/Executive Director of Clinical Programs
Annie Caputa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Missouri (2009) and a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University (2010). Annie became a Licensed Clinical Social worker in 2013. She has experience working in both an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting, foster care case management, domestic violence advocacy, and individual, family, and group counseling in a private practice setting.
Jeff Elden, MA, LPC
Founder/ Executive Director of Operations
Jeff Elden is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jeff has a Bachelor’s in Education from Southeast Missouri State University (2001) and a Master’s in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University (2009). He became fully licensed for counseling in 2011. Jeff has experience working with youth in school settings, as a mental health community support worker, in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center, and in individual, family, and group counseling in a private practice.
